Kim has an MEd. in Counseling Psychology and 18 years of experience working with issues of sexual violence. As sexual and relationship violence continues to be a huge issue on college campuses, Kim is interested in examining campus culture and the ways in which we tolerate and perpetuate the continued prevalence of sexual violence. Kim’s work focuses on addressing violence from a community health model. Green Dot Bystander Intervention is a perfect fit for this work with promising research for efficacy. Kim says, “I love being a Green Dot trainer because I believe in the intervention, and I feel I learn more from our amazing students every time I train!”
